Karpathos is one of the Dodecanese islands situated in the Aegean Sea between Rhodes and Krete. The length is about 50 km. In the summer there are more than 10.000 inhabitants.

Like all the Greek islands it has a rich history. There are lots of places with old ruins and historical sights. The people are very friendly and kind and in every village you will meet interresting situations, nice views, very good restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Situated on a hillock are our houses and the beautiful restored mill Kefalaki Karpathos, built in traditional style. Uniquely quiet with a fantastic view of Ammoopi, one of the most beautiful beaches of Karpathos. The flat, sandy beach is ideal for children, reached by car in 5 mins. and to the capital of the island of Karpathos, Pigadia, in 15 mins. The 50m2, carefully renovated stone house, Kefalaki, Karpathos with a living/bed room with a traditional bed platform [Soufa] is beautifully furnished with wood furniture, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. The 55m2 attached family house of Kefalaki, Karpathos has a living/bed room with Soufa, kitchen and bathroom with a bedroom with twin beds and a child's crib and terrace. In 2012 we rebuild the old windmill in Kefalaki, Karpathos. In this tradional building you can spend your holidays to feel the Greek life and relax in an atmosphere you will never forget. Straight from the bed you can enjoy a stunning seaview. And, if you awake in time, an everyday wonderfull live sunrise.
